The International Journal for Innovation Education and Research (IJIER) follows a structured editorial workflow to ensure that submitted manuscripts are processed consistently, evaluated fairly, and prepared for publication according to journal standards.

1. Submission Registration

All manuscripts submitted through the online journal system are automatically registered and assigned a submission record. Authors receive confirmation once submission is successfully completed.

2. Editorial Screening

The editorial office examines each submission for scope alignment, document completeness, formatting compliance, and adherence to journal policies before proceeding to further evaluation.

3. Manuscript Quality Assessment

Submissions are reviewed for clarity, academic structure, originality, and relevance to the journal’s thematic focus.

4. Peer Review Coordination

Where required, manuscripts are assigned for scholarly review. Reviewer recommendations support editorial judgement regarding revisions, acceptance, or rejection.

5. Revision Handling

Authors may be invited to revise manuscripts based on editorial comments or reviewer observations. Revised submissions are reassessed before final decision.

6. Final Editorial Decision

Following review completion and revision assessment, the editorial office issues final acceptance or decline decisions.

7. Metadata Preparation and DOI Assignment

Accepted manuscripts proceed to metadata preparation, citation verification, DOI registration, and publication formatting.

8. Online Publication

Final articles are scheduled for issue publication or released according to the journal’s publish-as-accepted workflow.
